Bananera Jardines del Atlántico

Bananera Jardines del Atlántico is a perfect place to visit if you are interested in learning more about the growing and production of Playa de las Américas’ biggest crop- bananas. Not only is Bananera Jardines del Atlántico a working banana plantation, it also offers an insight into the traditional way of life for a farmer in Tenerife. Great Whale & Dolphin Mural

One of the world's largest, this mural re-creates whale and dolphin life in their natural habitat. It was created at the dock of Los Cristianos by whale conservationists and environmental activists, as reminder of these mammals' need for protection from human beings. The mural carries the slogan “Los Cristianos – Port of Nature”, and measures 4.800m2 overall – a moving reminder of the fragility of nature.

Location: Habour wall of Los Cristianos port.
