Description:

While in Fuerteventura, why not do a day trip to the neighbouring islet of Lobos? Departing from Corralejo marine port, the Lobos Island is only 15 minutes ferry ride away. For those prefer to plan their own itinerary and take their own time to explore the island, ferry crossing is the perfect and affordable option to get to Lobos island, and return.

Do as little or as much as you want in Isla de Lobos. Picnic at the La Concha beach and swim in its crystalline waters, catch some sun and read a book. Alternatively, explore the islet on foot  or on bike. With a small fee, you can bring your own bicycles to Isla Lobos.

The La Caldereta mountain with altitude of 127 metres, on a clear day, offers an excellent viewing point towards the islands of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. Check out the Martiño lighthouse on the north or the old fishing village of El Puertito in the south. Needless to say, marine creatures are plentiful in the protected seabed of Lobos island.
